1. Micropores

If your nail gets ripped off accidentally, then you are advised not to fix it with artificial one. If you apply glue to your skin, it can be extremely irritating. Instead you can take some preventive measures like using Micropore, which is a cut paper, and color it and cut it to the exact size of your nail.

2. Super glue

To repair the tearing or broken nail, you can use strong quick bonding glue like super glue. If you have used quick glue that includes cyanoacrylate, you must be having an idea of how long it last. Such glues can bond up with anything including skin. To repair the damaged area without sticking up your fingers, you can use a toothpick and eliminate remaining portion of the glue from the container. With that toothpick, apply a thin layer of glue on the damaged area and press it for few minutes so that it can bond properly on the torn area. If the glue gets on skin, you can use nail paint remover.

3. Cut or file down the nail

Another easy way to fix a broken nail is to cut or file down the nail till the affected part is completely gone. Sometimes, it can become difficult without exposing nail bed and other time it can spoil your complete manicure just for one nail which gets shorter than the rest. 4. Use of tea bag

In case if the tear is large, then you can resort it by making a short time patch. A tea bag material can be a good idea. You can use super glue and apply it on the tea bag and stick it on the tear, then cut down the excess material which extends more than your nail and continue with light sanding operation with the help of nail strengthener and polish. If you repair the broken nail in good manner, it can last until the nail grows. Next time if you find that your nail is broken, don’t panic and just apply the same technique.

5. Ripping process

You can also do the ripping process. In this process, gently pull up the nail at the tear and slip a toothpick with single nail glue underneath and press it so that both the sides together and file over the surface of the nail so that you can get rid of the sticky problem.
